AGA-ZN Zinc Spray

Quick-drying zinc spray is a technical preparation used to protect metal surfaces from corrosion. The product forms a durable zinc coating, adheres well to surfaces, and is resistant to weather conditions and short-term exposure to temperatures of up to approximately 500°C. The product has electrically conductive properties and is suitable for protecting spot welding joints. It protects surfaces from the effects of certain chemical environments, such as brine and solvent vapors. The zinc content in the dry coating is 92%.

– Zinc coating of parts that cannot be disassembled
– Repair of damage caused by drilling, welding, or cutting processes
– Repair of welded joints and defects on hot-dip galvanized structures
– Special nozzle minimizes excessive spraying

Instructions for use:
1. Ensure proper ventilation in the workspace.
2. Clean the surface of rust, dust, dirt, grease, and oil.
3. Protect adjacent surfaces from contamination.
4. Roughen old coatings with sandpaper and dust off.
5. Test the spray on a small surface with properties similar to the working surface and evaluate material compatibility.
6. Shake the can vigorously for about two minutes until the metal ball moves freely inside the container. For best results, the container should be used at a temperature of around 18°C.
7. Apply a uniform spray from a distance of 20 to 30 cm, covering the surface thoroughly.
8. Before reapplying, allow the previous layer to dry for about 5 minutes.

Storage:
Store the container in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area in an upright position at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C (room temperature recommended). Protect from sunlight. Keep away from heat sources, open flames, and other ignition sources.
