AGASANIT Sanitary silicone

Description

AGASANIT is a silicone sealant designed for sanitary applications. It is resistant to prolonged exposure to water, UV radiation, low and high temperatures, chemicals, cleaning agents and grease. Its mould-resistant formula helps protect joints against the growth of mould and mildew.

The silicone provides excellent adhesion to metal, glass, ceramics, wall and floor tiles, and most plastics.

Instructions for use

The surface must be dry, clean and free from grease.

CARTRIDGE: Cut off the tip of the cartridge, screw on the nozzle and cut the nozzle to the required opening size. Place the cartridge in a suitable sealant gun. Apply the silicone evenly to the joint and smooth the surface.
TUBE: Unscrew the cap and pierce the protective seal. Apply the silicone to the joint and smooth the surface.

Working time: approximately 10 minutes
Temperature resistance: from −40°C to +180°C
Yield: approximately 18 linear metres for a 4 × 4 mm joint (300 ml cartridge)
Recommended application and storage temperature: from +5°C to +25°C
