AGATECH Anaerobic thread sealant

AGATECH is an anaerobic, medium-strength adhesive designed for sealing metal threaded joints in cold and hot water, central heating, compressed air, and kerosene systems. The product cures on contact with metal and in the absence of air, creating a durable and flexible seal.

The operating temperature range is -55°C to +150°C, with a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar. Installation temperatures should be between +5°C and +40°C.

The joint can be disassembled using standard hand tools. If necessary, heat the components to 250°C, then mechanically remove any remaining cured product and clean the surfaces with acetone.

– Good adhesion and flexibility upon application

– Protects the connection from loosening due to shock and vibration

Usage:
1. Thoroughly degrease the thread.
2. Apply the product onto the first two threads.
3. Fully harden after 24 hours.
